For those of you in search of a last minute gift…this gift idea comes from my new fantastic intern JR. I was asking her what she was getting for her father for Father’s Day and she said…”We always make him breakfast every year. We make his favorite omelette with avocado. He loves it”. I thought what a great idea for the last of the Father’s Day Finds on COCOCOZY.

So today, I bring you some pretty inspiration images and recipe idea for an easy from my favorite food blog, Sunday Suppers.

Here’s what they suggest for a last minute gift…breakfast!

“You can find most of our ingredients in your fridge, and the rest at your closest grocer. We baked eggs with cream + truffle salt, sauteed kale with olive oil, sea salt and a squeeze of fresh lemon, and made sweet little heart butter patties with nothing more than some chopped cherries + an ice tray. Serve this all with some delicious local bread…”

I might also add in some fresh macerated blackberries with brown sugar and mint that I found on Sunday Suppers too. I like the touch of serving this in a mason jar.
