Hamptons Farmhouse
Steel stools from Wyeth contrast with the soaring kitchen’s honed Bianco Carrara worktops, white cabinets, and milk-glass pendants. The weathered reclaimed wood flooring is mirrored by a tongue-and-groove ceiling.

In a relaxed seating area adjacent to the kitchen, a Sacco Carpet rug provides a cozy foundation. The focal point is a Danish cocktail table with a vintage vibe, which is flanked by two Maharam chairs wrapped in soft wool bouclé. The comfortable Greek-edge sofa, designed by Steven Gambrel for Dune, is upholstered in a Romo linen fabric that adds a touch of texture. To add some visual interest, Monc XIII accent pillows are scattered on the sofa. A vintage driftwood lamp sourced from Wyeth completes the eclectic look.
Hamptons-Style Dining Room

In the dining room, a Lindsey Adelman chandelier swings above a bespoke cerused-oak Parsons table. A hand-knotted wool rug by Sacco Carpet sits atop vintage Arthur Lerod chairs; a French Art Deco sideboard by Charles Dudouyt from R.E. Steele is topped with a sculpture by Gudmar Olovson.
Dramatic Nickle Tub

The master bath is dominated by a polished cast-iron tub by Waterworks with fixtures by Lefroy Brooks. Ann Sacks hexagonal tiles, Romo fabric shades, and a vintage burled wood side table by R.E. Steele round out the look.

Outdoors, a serene color palette continues in an inviting sitting area that features Dune track arm sofas, a custom concrete cocktail table designed by Scotti, and vintage Paul Frankl rattan armchairs. A salvaged train traffic mirror from JED Antiques is mounted above the fireplace to add some vintage charm to the space.

On the pool terrace, David Sutherland umbrellas and lounge chairs covered in tough Perennials fabric create a comfortable and stylish outdoor living area. The addition of vintage concrete side tables, discovered at R.E. Steele, adds a touch of character to the space.
A Hamptons Sanctuary
While the entire house was built using modern engineering techniques, the interiors were designed to capture the timeless allure of the neighborhood’s majestic mansions. In the two-toned farmhouse kitchen, the tongue-and-groove ceiling was carefully sanded and waxed to achieve a “chalky” texture similar to driftwood, according to Scotti. The reclaimed oak flooring, which has a distressed look, was left uncovered during the final stages of construction. Matte brass finishes and airy white linen, which were expertly tailored for custom-upholstered furniture, add a touch of rustic elegance to the space. To enhance the sophisticated ambiance, the designer incorporated a mix of French Art Deco, vintage Danish, and contemporary American pieces. A Lindsey Adelman light fixture illuminates a custom-designed Parsons table in the dining room, while sculptural midcentury table lamps are paired with Paul Frankl and T.H. Robsjohn-Gibbings bedside tables. The result is a harmonious blend of comfort and refinement that perfectly suits the family’s taste.
