15 Incredible Gallery Walls

March 17, 2020
  • Share

There’s nothing I love more than an inspiring gallery wall. When I was creating the gallery wall for The COCOCOZY Design House I was pulling inspiration like crazy. Today I’m showing you 15 of the best gallery images I have found. Hopefully, they give you some joy + inspiration for your own future project.

First up is a beautiful home filled with accents of blue and a feeling of travel. It’s easy to say the owner of this home is well-traveled. I love that there is a gallery wall in the background and foreground. The selection of sizes and artwork work well together.

Next up is a sleek and modern gallery wall that spans the wall horizontally. Since more gallery walls tend to go floor to ceiling I love this unique and creative approach. I love that the two centerpiece frames are surrounded by a smaller cluster on each side.

Now we are onto an ultra-glam living room with a Parisian twist. The gallery wall on the left takes a light approach by having a lot of white space in the artwork. This allows the gallery wall to be a nice addition without overtaking the space.

This gorgeous simplistic dining room has a beautiful amount of wood furniture. The galley wall takes a minimalist + abstract approach with the art inside the frame. Adding a few black accents was smart thinking to add some emphasis to this room.

Next up is a beautiful entryway set up with a gallery wall, a gorgeous piece of furniture and a variety of collected items. I love the large scale approach to this gallery wall. The botanical artwork is a nice touch and adds a feminine flair to this space.

This modern and artistic office is such a beautiful scene. The high ceiling makes for a very impactful wall. The combination of large, medium, small, and very small frames is balanced very well. I also enjoy the range of art that make up this wall. The furniture complements well.

Next up, is a bespoke dining room built to impress. I love the dining table set. Those chairs are beautiful. The gallery wall in this space is small but mighty. The variety of frames makes for a sophisticated and fun wall. The light fixture also helps add emphasis to the gallery wall.

An open and bright dining room with a two floor-ceiling gallery wall is built for success. The uber-high ceilings add a new level of drama. The choice to do three large pieces and a variety of smaller frames work well in this space. The mostly black piece of artwork adds a nice contrast to this mostly white space.

In this stunning home, the mid-toned grey makes for a beautiful backdrop for this gallery wall. The variety of colors throughout the artwork works well with the color palette in the room. I love how busy yet, cohesive this space is.

This glam hallway is decked out with gold picture frames and an abundance of light. The curtains frame the wall perfectly. This has a direct color palette and nice use of shapes and sizes. I enjoy the use of a few circular pieces mixed in.

Next up is a chic apartment with a mini gallery wall. The use of black and white is great in this space. The artwork adds in a nice flash of color to this space. For this room, I like the choice of doing all-white picture frames in the gallery wall. It keeps it from being overwhelming.

This gallery wall takes on an indie art feel that embraces neutrals. I love the combination of vertical and horizontal frames and that only one frame is black – it creates an emphasis that ties in a few of the items on the bench. The neutral palette here does a nice job of merging blues, oranges, and yellow with black and white.

Next up is a warm and artistic living room with a beautiful gallery wall. I’m in awe of the camel, red, and black color palette. There are very harsh differences in sizes for the artwork – but strangely it works in this situation. The abstract artwork also blends well with the room.

A modern and chic home with interesting furniture and a subtle gallery wall that makes an impact. For this home, I enjoy the choice of a very uniform and simplistic gallery wall. The window covering on each side frame the gallery wall with ease and tie it into the rest of the gallery wall.

This country chic home has a stunning mix of light, nature, and warm wood tones. I’m so in love, by the way, the gallery wall arches over the wall and over the entryway. The blue and green tones in the artwork are beautiful with the rest of the color palette of the room.

Keep it simple. No need for bells and whistles an Keep it simple. No need for bells and whistles and fancy things to make your house a home. In this picture, a plant, two chairs I found at the flea market, a layered rug situation and some modern art...de-cluttered space can be equally as inviting as one filled with memories and treasures. If you are stuck with how to decorate, I say keep it simple. Purge and start with the basics. Full disclosure, this is a shot of my living room from a few years ago when I first moved in...I didn’t even have drapes up when this was taken. I have since added pieces and changed out furniture and added a 2nd sofa...but it started super simple and it was lovely back then. When the world is swirling around us and making no sense, how are you keeping things simple at home? #socococozy #bringstylehome #cococozy
Pre-pandemic throw back photo to where I was last Pre-pandemic throw back photo to where I was last year. Clueless as to what was to come. Was in Paris, with my mom, enjoying her summer apartment in the middle of the 6th arrondissement. I had just left the U.K. visiting friends for a few days in London and the Cotswolds. None of us knew that this summer 2020 would be so different. Today, I can only hope this time of tumult and great divides leads somehow to a future of calm and harmony. Going backwards in time is not an option. Pushing forward is. Happy Sunday to you. Where were you last summer? Where do you imagine you’ll be next? Xoxo #socococozy #bringstylehome
Incredible living room before and after as designe Incredible living room before and after as designed by my good friend Steve Jones @bettershelter! I went on a tour today. I also went on a tour a year ago when he first got the house. See my stories. Swipe to see what this room looked like before. Life lesson from a room transformation: When faced with the daunting and not so pretty, look to do the work, and you can make changes to bring out what is good. Right? This home by the way is going on the market soon and is in one of my favorite parts of town, View Park. What changes have you made lately that have turned bad into good? #socococozy #bringstylehome #remodeling #homerenovation #californiadreaming
“Be patient with yourself it has been a funky fe “Be patient with yourself it has been a funky few months in the world.” My friend Manon texted this advice to me today. She is right. A little patience and a lot of kindness to yourself and to others during these unusual times will go a long way.

Am in my living room right now looking at these pretty flowers in that white urn I found lying around. The urn works (see Flower Power highlights for backstory). Thinking on who I might send one of these bouquets to today as a little act of kindness. Still working on the patience piece of her advice! 🤪 Who might you send flowers to? How can you be more patient with yourself? Happy Saturday!
