Leather Cabinet Hardware - Handles, Knobs & Pulls

Okay…I haven’t posted in awhile about our Malibu home renovation project. We have been busy moving in while our house is still under construction. For those of you who are not caught up…my guy TE and I found a house in Malibu back in the winter of 2014 and have been working on remodeling it since. We finally moved in about 3 weeks ago while the house was still under construction. The house is fabulous but still a work in progress. Our kitchen finally is almost done but I procrastinated on finding cabinet hardware. A neighbor and friend JH suggested we go to a showroom in Los Angeles to find our kitchen hardware.

While at the showroom and while looking at a million brushed stainless cabinet pulls, I ran into this collection of leather cabinet hardware. Then I thought…oops…we should have picked something like this for all of the drawer handles in the master closet!!! Arghhhh!!! Well…even though I missed the boat on the leather pulls and handles, I still think they are so cool. If TE and I ever have the energy to remodel another house some day (hint hint TE), we should definitely use leather cabinet hardware some place!

Anyhoooo…this collection of leather hardware is from Turnstyle Designs, a British company. I love the stitching on the leather and the metal accents on each piece. I could see these used in a warm library or den or in masculine bedroom. Love these!!!!

I do not necessarily see leather working in our kitchen but I found these photos of a cute kitchen with light colored leather drawer handles. It works!
