Went to the Melrose Place Farmers Market this past Sunday. To wander and pick up my favorite Clementine and Mandarin oranges, some kale, broccoli, carrots and other fresh fruits and vegetables. Have been turning this cute farmers market into my part of the Sunday ritual.
This past weekend, I went and I found so many goodies plus a beautiful private courtyard with lovely orange doors and white wrought iron balconies. The door to the courtyard was open so I popped in and took a few snaps and some photos. (Follow me on Snapchat @cococozyblog to see my full Farmers walk through. It is on my story and will expire at about 11a PST today).
Anyway, the day ended with me having a little impromptu football watching “party” at my house and enjoying the pretty bowl of oranges in my kitchen window. They are still there this morning. Cheerful reminders of the weekend past.
Now onto the week ahead. What do you have as a reminder of your weekend?
P.S. Also had a great time seeing JTH and LH this weekend. They were visiting from New Jersey…they were stuck here due to Jonas, the blizzard that slammed the east coast. We went to dinner with a big group on Friday and then had dinner again on Saturday night at the Soho House. Was so nice catching up with them. They are a wonderful couple with so many good ideas. Really am happy I got to spend some time with them. Wishing them a lot of good luck getting home!
