As you may know, I am obsessed with Malibu. More specifically real estate in Malibu. Reason is well over a year ago, while doing an internet house hunt, I spotted an ocean view house in Malibu, that my guy TE would later buy for us. Anyhooo…all that being said…as we pick lots of the final finishes and gear up for our summer move in, I am constantly searching listings in Malibu…still. Habit, or perhaps I am just nosey and would like to see how my future neighbors live!
Found this modern beach house real estate listing on ex-Bravo TV Million Dollar Listing star Madison Hildebrand’s real estate site. It is a 4 bedroom, 5.5 bathroo, 4,600 square foot waterfront home. It sits right on Pacific Coast Highway. Looks like this house is brand new and recently completed. The interior is very modern while the exterior has a traditional New England shingle cottage look. Love the soothing colors of grey white and blue inside.
Notice the oversized basketweave tile in one of the bathrooms. Also, love love the outdoor living room space with the firepit.
Oh, here is the good news if you have $13.5 million to spare, the furniture is included in the sale price. Move in ready…just bring your bathing suit and you are ready to go.

P.S. Speaking of the beach…this past weekend, TE and I went to Pismo Beach – an adorable little hamlet on the central coast of California. His niece was graduating from college so we went up to see her graduate. It was a lovely weekend. Lots of festivities and Pismo is such a cute California beach town. Nice to get away. Although, I do think that TE and I have quite a bit to do here at home…no more road trips for us…as we try to get everything ready for our big move to Malibu this summer!
P.P.S. Feel like this house is screaming for a blue or seafoam green COCOCOZY rug. Would help sell the place I am sure. 🙂
