Designed by Nickey Kehoe, this living room above resides in Los Angeles, California, and has a laid-back style to it. The white wood cathedral ceiling gives this space a farmhouse feel while the navy blue windows and fireplace give it a contemporary twist. The eclectic furniture choices are what make this living room feel cozy. The patterned couches, leather chair, vintage-looking console table, and credenza work together to create a one-of-a-kind atmosphere.

The living room below takes a very different approach from the one above. This modern space is inside of a Brooklyn townhouse and is full of original architecture from the high ceilings to the paneling details on the walls. The light pink sofa creates a contemporary approach while the floor-to-ceiling gold mirror gives off a glam feeling. The pedestals and pottery in the corner add a unique layer of detail while the marble coffee table is sleek in contrast.
