This is a wonderfully built modern Rome apartment. The home is an older building in the center of Rome. Design and architecture firm Quincoces Drago & Partners crafted the space and furnished it. Using architecture classics like arched doorways and windows, and adding visual texture with herringbone wood floors plus integrating clean flat surfaces throughout means the flat exudes serene modern calm. The use of high end finishes like marble counters and brass fixtures contrasted with the natural wood and off white walls is text book elegant modern design.
Rome is the on list of possibilities for a summer trip this year most definitely. I think I will be going to Europe. Usually go to Paris when I visit. But if I could find an apartment like this to rent, Roma would be top of my travel itinerary!
What do you think of this modern Rome apartment? Like or love or leave?
Happy Monday.

P.S. Okay…today is the day taxes are due. I called my accountant in a panic last week. We had filed my taxes weeks and weeks ago…but for some reason I had a stress attack that the taxes may not have been sent in. when I got on the phone out of breath, panting with nerves, my accountant, the very cool ER, calmly and dead panly (if that is a word) advised me that my taxes had indeed been filed weeks ago. I tried to rush her off the phone after saying a quick thanks…then as if to remind me that she is always on her game…she asked me about COCOCOZY business income for the quarter and about my personal savings. Needless to say, I got off the phone very quickly. Argghhhhh. I loathe having to deal with finances. Thank you ER for keeping things straight.
