Where should I start? How about with the with the million dollar views of Central Park?
Another real estate listing…another multimillion dollar home for sale…this time a New York City apartment…a duplex in the sky to be exact!
Located on Central Park South…this two story penthouse boasts an 850 square foot patio with spectacular views of what is arguably the world’s most famous park! Clearly it is about the views and the balcony here…the apartment itself is 2,800 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 3 baths…so not huge by any means…but definitely nicely done with wood floors, built-ins, fireplaces, a sleek modern gourmet kitchen, a library, nicely appointed baths and more. It is the views of the park though that eclipse all of the indoor views and amenities…oh I would love that view of the park!
Oh did I forget to mention the price tag on this one…$14.95 million to be exact…nearly $15 million!
Okay…note to self: need a pied-a-terre in the city…need a place in the city now. This one would do. Just need $14 million and some change and then I’m done. Anyone??? Anyone havean extra $14 million they can spare?
Hope you enjoy this one and have a great Friday!

WOW! I love the view. Now if I could only have 15 million laying around.
Lovely…gosh that fireplace in the master looks a little agressive, huh? Stunning patio and great kitchen.

* LOVE the views~~~ the place is nice~~~ buuuut, OMG, LIVE in NY???? Noooo, thank you!!! The Hamptons? Yes! … Malibu, Newport Beach, La Jolla or another CA beach area? Yes! … BUUUUT, NYC?????? YIKES!!! (And one of my dearest friends is FROM Manhattan & of course, loves it… misses it… thinks I’m CRAZY not to want to LIVE there, but understands it’s just “not for everybody”… I suspect it all boils down to “what you’re USED to”, hmmmm?)…
Again, those views truly ARE “pricless”, tho, and I cure did enjoy viewing this lovely property! Thanks!

Wow, that patio is larger than my entire apartment! Amazing views though, that’s for sure!
I agree with the person above about the fireplace in the master bedroom being a bit harsh. I think that would have to go, but other than that it’s gorgeous.
Hey! I’ve never written before, so first off, thanks for the blog and all the pretty in it.
Apartments in NYC are soooo expensive. I live here and, what would be a middle-class 3BR house elsewhere goes for millions here.
The apartment you showed is very high end and very gorgeous, but the majority of NYC denizens live in 1BR apartments or (2BR if we’re lucky). My doctor lives in a studio. My doctor. Imagine.
So, thanks for the real estate porn, but mostly, thanks for the blog and all the small-space ideas.

I see you have been shopping for houses coco, have you made a decision yet, I myself like the London loft, would not mind Manhattan with a view.
Thanks for the visit, it is a lot of fun.
