SMART DESIGN: WOVEN PLASTIC RUGS!

February 7, 2011
  • Share

Brita Sweden rug in a foyer with a rustic door and powder blue wooden chair
I barely had a moment to walk around the New York International Gift Fair because we were so busy at the COCOCOZY booth. I did, however, get a chance to breeze upstairs for a bit and came across these cool plastic washable rugs from Brita Sweden. Love these multifunctional stylish rugs. What is cool is that you can arrange a group of them in any configuration you want to create a good looking pattern on your floor. I like these. I should have gotten a few! Should have, would have, could have!

To find out more about how to get these cute plastic woven rugs, email the U.S. distributor at [email protected].

At airport in Dallas now…leaving after a fun Super Bowl weekend. Please see COCOCOZY Twitter to see photos from my night at Cowboy stadium (if you can believe, I managed to find some cool design elements inside a football stadium!)!

Happy Monday!

I saw them when I was home in Sweden this summer and fell in love. Talked the women in to letting me carry them on my upcoming site. So thrilled they are launching them over here. The ever practical and imaginative Swedes…

But beware not to have these plastic rugs in the direct sunshine. My daughter’s lime green rug looked fabulous on her patio in San Diego…until it literally granulated from the sun. She had to sweep it up like cornflakes!
