Most open houses remove clutter and decor. The idea is to keep open houses very minimal. Realtors believe it increases the chances of a sale because potential buyers can imagine what their stuff will look like in the home they’re touring. So while I was touring this home, I started to imagine how I would style this bathroom. That led me to an idea for a blog post. Below you will find items that I would add to this bathroom to give it a COCOCOZY twist.
Black countertops with gold faucets. A long mirror that’s the length of the vanity hangs on the wall. The dark cabinetry compliments the black herringbone tile from the shower. The designers wanted the bathroom to be bright and open.
The vanity is very minimal. They kept the color palette very neutral and clean.

I’m curious to know what you think of this bathroom. I love the contrast between the black tile and gold fixtures. And having a tub positioned next to two large windows is perfect for relaxation. However, I didn’t check to see if you can see inside if you’re standing in the backyard. I’m assuming the windows are tinted or that will be awkward LOL.
