THIS OR THAT: GOLD OCTAGONAL MIRRORS!

February 21, 2013
  • Share
Gilded Octagon Mirror by Wisteria
Wisteria – Gilded Octagon Mirror – $229 (30″diameter.  Wood frame) (above)

Nothing like a wonderfully shaped mirror to finish off the decor in a room.  I like the idea or a gold finish eight sided mirror for over a fireplace mantel or in an entry hall or foyer.

Two mirrors…geometric in form…gilt in finish.  Which one is best?

Octagonal Mirror by Dwell Studio
Dwell Studio – Octagonal Mirror – on sale $337.50; original $675 (24.5″wx36.5″h)(above)

I can’t pick! Maybe the the 2nd with the aged silver leaf mirror. Hmmm…

Which one do you prefer?

Happy Thursday!

The top one – that’d be the one I’d choose. I think because it’s rounder in shape, would depend on where you want to put it though

Just put one in my powder room and I love the shape, its different than anything else and adds a lot of interest to the room.

Hey I’m probably super late to answer but I like the first one!!!!! If you search hard enough I am sure you can find a wooden octagon mirror like the one pictured and then you spray paint the wood around it gold.. thats what my husband and I recently did! Going to put it in our entry way soon!
