A 26,867 square foot home in Mallorca Spain. Hmm…feel like I could make this work somehow in my busy life. The estate is named Villa Chameleon…it is a modern, high tech, 10 bedroom, 9 bath, single family home with spa areas, 3 pools, guest house, and even a helicopter pad that sits on a hill overlooking the water and the town of Sona Vida. What makes the house even more unique is that a large portion of the house features special crystal glass that can be programmed to change colors depending on residents mood.

Would you move into Villa Chameleon or would you pass on this property? I think the decor could use a little warming up…perhaps a COCOCOZY rug or two on the white marble floors could help :-)…other than that…I would take it as a vacation home…most certainly.
