styleHeaded off for vacation tomorrow – a relaxing beach spring break in the Dominican Republic. I cannot wait. The other day I texted friend KS and asked him if it was possible for me to lose 15 pounds in 3 days. He said “no” then proceeded to prescribe a regime of 2 circuit classes a day plus treadmill, leafy green vegetables and protein only and water for 3 days. He said I might have a chance shedding a pound or two. My response was “no”. Lack of body transformation aside, I am thrilled nonetheless. Of course, my impending vacay, has got me thinking about all things beach…including waking up in a beach style bedroom.
