The house was originally designed by renowned architect Paul Williams but was recently redone and modernized. A huge palatial house with tennis court, pool and so much more. Who lives in a house like this?
The house has been on the market for about a month and a half and is listed by Hilton & Hyland. Did a little internet snooping and it looks like the house was sold in 2010 for just over $12 million. It was renovated and added to and completed in 2013…and now it is on the market for a mere $65,000,000!
There are 7 fireplaces, a billiards room, a 12 seat theater, climate controlled wine room, glass elevator leading to a ballroom, professional gym and it goes on and on and on….
Anyway…take a look…
What do you think of this Bel Air estate? Would you take it if given to you as a gift and this was the only place you could live for the rest of your life….or leave it…?
Thinking…
Happy Wednesday!

I don’t know, it seems a bit outdated to me. I’d do some industrialized lighting with swarovski crystal in the kitchen and add some color. Also, I love the bathtub, but I need to bling it up with crackled glass clear stained windows in the bathroom and the bedroom painted and papered with grasscloth in a pea or grass green with blue accent walls. Hey, I love feeling happy and sigh when I walk in my home.
I’m of taker!
Gorgeous! I love the sinks/mirrors in the bathroom photo. Now, that’s modern minimalism done right.
