Spent the day in Malibu yesterday at a lovely beach party at a grand home on Broad Beach. Was truly a beautiful day. Loved hanging out on the beautiful green lawn that went right up to the beach and was practically at the water’s edge. A charmed day as I sat chatting and taking in the sunset and sipping champagne. It was perfect.
The perfect continues though…this time on the internet! Went over to one of my fave blogs, Velvet & Linen, this morning and the first thing that popped up was this gorgeous white bathroom. Love it. Turns out this is one of the creations of Velvet & Linen’s Brooke Giannetti and her husband Steve.
The elegant white freestanding pedestal tub sits in an arched alcove atop a marble mosaic rug and under a fab circular window. Love the texture of the white paneled wood walls too!

Love that bath 🙂 I’m such a fan of clawfoot tubs & this, to me, is a pretty modern take on one.
