Such a great use of space with the built-ins…also I love the double white brick fireplace/oven in the dining room. Wonderful touches throughout. Lots of character that blends with the time period of the building…and the interiors have a fresh contemporary feel as well. It’s a wonderful blend of old and new!
The beautiful Kitchen remodel includes a blue kitchen. The blue-gray color adds a moody twist. The white marble backsplash adds a hint of glamour to the space. It includes a matching floating shelf and rangehood for some drama and storage.
Hexagon black and white mosaic tiles cover the bathroom floors and walls.

Wowza! That bathroom tile puts all other tile to shame. The styling in this townhouse is impeccable, and maximizes the space wonderfully. Some of the touches feel almost nautical to me (especially the range, which is something I’ve never said about an appliance before). This historical space was handled with just the right touch!
