Here’s a cutie for you today…
A beautiful but small on Warren Place in the Cobble Hill area of Brooklyn that was recenly renovated by a young New York couple. They started with an 11 foot wide 3 story 1870s built 1 bedroom dark townhouse with several small rooms. They bought it for $1.3 million dollars. Then after months of renovation and $550,000 later, they transformed the space into a 2 bedroom home.
Such a great use of space with the built-ins…also I love the double white brick fireplace/oven in the dining room. Wonderful touches throughout. Lots of character that blends with the time period of the building…and the interiors have a fresh contemporary feel as well. I wonderful blend of old and new!
