Anyhooooo…love this kitchen with a view. The kitchen was first published in House Beautiful (one of my favorite magazines) awhile back…and now I’m bring it to you.
This huge arched paned window is just delightful. Dreamy in fact. I want that as my kitchen window. Tons of natural light…the outdoors brought right inside. Love this. Don’t you?

P.P.S. Received an invite in my inbox yesterday to a launch party! Was so excited to be invited to some kind of launch party…turns out it was for a toilette. Yes. A red carpet event for the launch of a toilette? What has this world come to? Of course I was invited to the launch of a new toilette. My life. Surreal. But my life nonetheless.
I am a sucker for casement windows… this kitchen is gorg!

I am getting a speeding ticket with my husband all the time, for wanting to redo so much in our house at too much of a high speed!!! HA HA! Need to slow down too… ;(
But check out our new walkway! It’s finished now and even my hubby had to agree, it could not have happen faster than that!!!

Gosh I would love to wake up every morning and have breakfast and tea in that beauty of a room. Love the windows! I have NO WINDOWS in my kitchen. What was I thinking when I bought my house?? I’ll do better next time!
I love my kitchen, but I do sometimes want to rip off all of the upper cabinets and put in windows…..gorgeous!

I love, love, love that kitchen and the windows definitely steal the show! I don’t have anything special in my (rented) kitchen right now but I certainly hope (dream?) to have something like this in our dream house eventually!

The launch of a toilette huh? That is funny. Unfortunately since I’m doing two bathrooms in my house remodel I would probably be giddy about something like that Ha! Did you go?
do i fancy this? yes, yes, and HECK YES! i couldn’t imagine a better spot to have coffee and read the newspaper. simply idyllic.
as for your surreal life – i understand exactly what you’re talking about! well, replace interior design aspects with prom dresses…! getting interviewed as an expert for a newspaper = surreal. but when you’re a 20-something whose expertise is “prom dresses,” well, no quite as glam! regardless, you must post pics after this launch party so we can all see what a toilette event is all about!
