House Tour Bridgehampton Beauty Front Gates

Million dollar house tour Monday is here!  Starting off the week with a little inspiration from a million dollar listing in the Hamptons (best of friend AM’s stomping grounds).

Located at 379 Ocean Road in Bridgehampton, NY, this newly built shingle style home has it all including a price tag of $18.5 million. With 7 bedrooms, 10 baths in over 9000 square feet, this home feels like a true country estate.

The home sits on 2.6 acres with beautiful landscaping and a pool.   This Hamptons mansion features a glassed entrance vestibule that opens to a 22 ft.-high paneled foyer, a wood paneled library a state-of-the-art kitchen with butler’s pantry, a breakfast pavilion wrapped in glass, a morning room, living room and two powder rooms…and that is just on the first floor.  Upstairs, the grand master wing to the south offers sitting room with fireplace, a private terrace, double dressing closets, and luxurious bath

Other amenities in this real estate listing dream…8 fireplaces, media room, sauna, gym, theater, wine cellar and more.

I am ready to move in and make this my vacation home!  You?

Did you know one Sunday a month, the Champs-ÉlyséeDid you know one Sunday a month, the Champs-Élysées closes to traffic entirely?
No cars. Just people, walking straight down the center with the Arc de Triomphe ahead. Then I walked home over The Seine. It had just rained, and the sky was doing something extraordinary. And of course, the Eiffel Tower showed up right on cue.
Paris on a quiet Sunday is something else. 🖤

This St Germain apartment, designed by Félix Millo This St Germain apartment, designed by Félix Millory @felixmillory , is defined by two things: a tightly controlled material palette and a sculptural art collection that runs through every room without exception.
Travertine frames every doorway. Dark smoked oak covers the joinery and cabinetry. Grey marble runs across the kitchen counters and island. Within that framework, figurative sculptures on the shelves, a large totemic piece at the entrance, stone forms on the dining table, a large-format artwork in the kitchen. Every room has at least one object that demands your attention. 🗿
→ Save this if you’re designing around a sculpture collection.
