Summer Travel – Packing Light

Suitcase Packing Light

My summer travel plans have me all over the world in a few short weeks and I am completely overwhelmed with the packing process…trying my best to start packing light! The dilemma really is that I love options…how in the world am I supposed to know what I will be in the mood to wear before the trip even starts?? So, typically, I fill my suitcase to the brim..overflowing with clothes, shoes, curling irons, jewelry, until I have to sit on the suitcase while simultaneously trying to zip the thing, every time praying the zipper doesn’t break around those corners…it’s quite a sight let me tell you. But not anymore! My goal really is to minimize the volume and maximize the style, carefully choosing pieces that are versatile with one another. I’m packing for an upcoming trip and sharing my J.Crew Packing Light favorites…what do you think?? Am I really doing this whole packing light thing? Oy vey…wish me luck…

Low light. Lacquered walls. A kitchen wrapped in hand-patinated brass. An antique mirrored bath with painted bamboo panels. A bedroom in floor-to-ceiling leopard print that somehow feels calm. Maximalism that whispers.
Save this one for the next time someone tells you maximalism can’t be serene. 🖤

Did some quick math and realized I might be sitting on a gold mine. 😂
New business idea? Lemon mogul? Freshly squeezed startup founder?
Stay tuned. Lol.
