I like a hint of mint green. Saw a post on some blog the other day (I wish I could remember whose…if it is yours send me an email and I’ll update this post with a mention) about mint green – not with these photos but about the color mint. I like the idea of mint green. I like a hint of mint.
So when I came across these photos from L.A. designer Hillary Thomas…I thought she does this minty green just right. Love the mint green credenza (buffet) and the smidge of mint in the form of vase in the office scene. So cool and refreshing.
I really want to stop by Hillary’s new L.A. furniture store called Chic Shop…will definitely do when I come up for air soon!
Happy Sunday all!

P.S. This time change thing is throwing me off. Always confused…does it mean it will be lighter or darker tonight at 6p? Clearly I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed early on Sunday mornings! Help…! LOL!

The mint in this room is yummy!!

Lighter in the evening! I heart Hillary’s designs too.
I love a hint of mint for a big impact. I did a blog post earlier this month about a aqua/black wedding with a similar feel.

I like the mint with the pink accents! The black and white office area with the hint of mint and the great lilac rug is perfect.

Loving the mint green too. Saw a photo recently of mint green kitchen cabinets…so gorgeous! And I love Hillary’s designs…recently did a post about her. Will have to check out her store soon also.
It’s a pity that mint green was overdone (along with dusty rose) in the 50’s, because I think it’s taken this long for designers to accept it into their hearts (and portfolios) again.
The Hillary Thomas rooms were jaw-dropping. Thank you!
I really love the mint, it gives you a sense of seasons changing and spring cleaning ready for spring.
Love the hint of mint. So crisp!- also its lighter at night!!!!! yay for the longer days!
Hey Coco!
I was able to meet Hilary at the LA Design blogger conference and can’t wait to see her shop in Brentwood as well. Let’s make a plan to do lunch and stop by the shop!! Chat with you soon
