6 bedrooms, 6 full baths, 2 partial baths in 8,274 square feet of interior space with spectacular Central Park views, this New York City penthouse is listed for a mere $75 million dollars by Sotheby’s International Real Estate.
This multi million dollar real estate listing was recently gutted, renovated and redesigned by prestigious NYC interior designer Tony Ingrao. It takes up the entire top floor of the Time Warner Center Building right in the heart of Manhattan. High ceilings, media room, laundry center, informal dining room and a smart house system that controls lighting, heating, entertainment systems and window coverings. This manse in the sky seems to have it all.
Now the question is…if I had $75 million to spare…would I buy this? Let me think….
Formal dining room boasts spectacular city views and a crystal chandelier! (above) |
The all white chef’s kitchen is light and cheerful with marble floors, subway tile backsplash, a kitchen island with counter seating and glass upper cabinets. (above) |
The master bedroom has wrap around floor to ceiling windows and a large sumptuous canopy bed fit for a queen (above) |
A little lavender girl’s room…a purple kids room in the sky (above) |
The views of Central Park from the penthouse (above) |
Must be nice to have an entire floor of a New York City building! (above) |
So would you take it or leave it?
I think I would take it if given to me. I may want to spend the $75 million on a few properties if I had to pay for it myself. Thinking though…who knows.
Happy Tuesday!

It’s mighty pretty, so definitely keep thinking about it.

Really, that’s what a $75 million home looks like? I find that hard to believe. I’d want something better than a condo for $75 million.
It is a dream!! Location, location, location!

whoah. I’d leave it. as much as i’d ooh and ahh over it. I’m much more of a minimalist. I mean, who really needs all that?! crazy.

Hmm… I think I’d pass too. While I am crazy about it, I’d rather save a few mil because I’d never need 6 bedrooms.
I like just the kitchen and the view… The rest is too much… 😛
Wow who ever decorated this place, needs glasses lol!
The dining table and chairs are spectacular. I would like to purchase them. Where can I locate them?
