A Look At JLo And Ben Affleck’s $68 Million Luxury Home

September 3, 2024
  • Share

Hollywood couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have officially listed their LA home for the market. The house was listed by the company Santiago Arana. Why they’ve suddenly decided to sell their Beverly Hills mansion-sized home is none of our business. I’m here to talk about the new house listing that’s been put onto the market. And believe me, we have a lot to talk about. This luxury home looks nice on the outside but even nicer on the inside.

Home Overview

share

The listing price for this home is set at $68 million. For this price point and at 38,000 square feet, you get 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. This home is newly renovated with the highest quality and is located in Beverly Hills’ most exclusive and secure enclaves. It features double gates to access the property. This place is the perfect place to throw any sort of party or gathering as it features a 12-car garage and parking for 80 vehicles. Getting from one place to another under this roof is an exercise in itself. However, if you’re looking for a more active lifestyle, you don’t even need to leave the house to achieve this. In addition to all these amazing features, this house also has basketball and pickleball courts, a fully equipped gym, a boxing ring, and a sports lounge.

As if this mansion of a house couldn’t get any fancier, this property also comes with a separate 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, caretaker house, and two-bedroom guardhouse. Enough of the outside though. Let’s take a look at the interiors of this luxury home.

Living Room

A house this big has no shortage of living room spaces. Here are just a few:

share

This is one of the biggest living room spaces in the home. It leads to the stairs, the home’s upper level, and the backyard space.

share

This smaller living room feels more cozy. Maybe that’s just because of the fireplace but either way, it’s another stunning living area.

share

This third living room space leads right out to the backyard sitting area and pool. This room has great natural lighting coming in and plenty of seating spaces.

Kitchen And Dining Room

share

This smaller dining area is in between one of the larger kitchen areas and the backyard. Don’t be fooled by the small table though, this area is still able to seat 8 people. There is also another breakfast nook space in the corner of the room creating more dining and seating areas.

share

This is a bigger dining room area. This room is a lot of artistic in design than some of the other dining rooms in this massive luxury home. The green walls and ceilings are a stand-out design that differentiates this room from the others in the house.

share

This kitchen is super modern in design. The appliances and furniture are all extremely sleek and minimalistic in design. You also get lots of natural light in this room as there is a massive window right above the sink that looks out on the Beverly Hills mountains.

Bathroom

share

There are many many bathrooms in this massive luxury home. This is one of them. This bathroom features a standalone bathtub and a standing shower with glass doors and walls. As if this place couldn’t get any better, this bathroom also has its own fireplace and walk-in closet.

Other Areas

share

It’s no surprise that a home this massive would have a mini library and reading nook. This little reading nook space is connected to one of the many living rooms in this house. It is easily accessible but still offers some privacy and quiet to read.

share

The outside of this house is just as pretty as the inside. The backyard area includes an outdoor firepit, plenty of seating, and a pool.

One of the coolest parts about this home is the massive basketball and pickleball courts and that it is connected to the in-home gym and car garage. Everything about this setup is done extremely well and of the highest quality. It really does scream luxury home in every way possible.

What To Wear To This House Showing

To even take a tour of this luxury home (previously owned by JLo and Ben Affleck nonetheless) requires you to present the best of yourself. In this highly exclusive community, you should dress to match the vibe. Here’s what I think you can wear to tour a luxury home such as this one:

Rick Owens draped top | Princess Polly mini skort | Miu Miu white pumps | Bottega padded bag | Fendi white sunglasses | Kate Spade pearl belt | diamond stud earrings | Jean Dousset diamond ring

That level of control is what makes the result so specific. Rich materials, sculptural forms, cinematic lighting but nothing feels decorative for its own sake. Every detail was considered as part of one complete vision, and you feel it in every room. ✨

Natural light is the one thing every room has in c Natural light is the one thing every room has in common here, but the window shape, wall material, and time of day make each one feel like an entirely different experience. ☀️
It’s a reminder that light isn’t just a condition in a room. It’s a design decision.

This 300-year-old Belgian château redesigned by a This 300-year-old Belgian château redesigned by a French interior designer and architect, Nathan Litera @nathanlitera is a beautiful reminder that good design isn’t about replacing the past, but learning how to live with it. You see it in the preserved millwork, the original fireplaces, the parquet floors, and then in the quiet contrast of contemporary lighting, cleaner silhouettes, and restrained color.
The magic is in the balance. The newer pieces don’t compete with the architecture. They feel intentional, calm, and completely at ease. Nothing is overly styled. Nothing distracts. History stays front and center while the space still feels entirely livable today.
Here’s how to bring that same feeling into your own home:
* Keep your base timeless — neutral walls, classic materials, architectural details if you have them
* Let contrast do the work — modern lighting or furniture against traditional bones instantly updates a space
* Edit your palette — keep colors within a tight range and let texture and form do the talking
* Invest in materials — marble, wood, plaster. They age beautifully and never feel out of place
It’s not about recreating a château. It’s about understanding the feeling that quiet kind of luxury that doesn’t need to announce itself.
Save this for when you want your space to feel layered, timeless, and truly considered. ✨

Sharing with you a day in my life here in Paris. ESharing with you a day in my life here in Paris. Every day for the last few months has been the greatest day ever here. Even days that are not event filled feel special in Paris.
Started with French class on this day. I was taking classes at L'Alliance Français because living here means actually trying to belong here and speak the language.
Then off to the Hôtel de Crillon @rosewoodhoteldecrillon ,a historic palace hotel overlooking Place de la Concorde, known for its timeless interiors and quiet kind of luxury, catching up with a friend like it was the most ordinary thing...in extraordinary place.
So even though nothing momentous happened...wanted to show you what my every greatest day life looks like in Paris.
This city keeps surprising me. 🖤
