This apartment is dripping in contemporary design, bright whites, and beautiful neutral tones. The architecture alone is worth looking at! Just wait until you see all of the incredible furniture throughout this apartment.

He has flipped almost 150 homes in Los Angeles!
I have some incredibly exciting news for all of you! While I was creating the COCOCOZY Design House we filmed the whole process. Now COCOCOZY has its own mini-series on Amazon Prime Video! De Gournay wallpaper is everywhere right now! It feels like its following me. Every time I go on Instagram or Pinterest I see a new interior using it. A friend of mine fashion designer – Suzie Kondi got it on my radar. The cover image is of her stunning bedroom! That wallpaper is simply beautiful. It also tastefully fits in with the rest of the room. I love the use of a driftwood-Esque headboard, a white comforter and a quilt she found at a flea market. It’s the perfect mix of chic, nature, and vintage.
After the launch of the COCOCOZY Design House video series on Amazon Prime Video last week (will tell you more about that next week), without further ado I’m back with more images for the COCOCOZY Design House living room. MeetBlueprint Lighting – A relatively young lighting company founded by chief luminary Kelly Aaron. This incredible company was created as the need for Kelly’s mid-century vintage pieces grew. She figured out how to meet the demand by creating her own light fixtures inspired by mid-century pieces. I love hearing about female-founded creative companies and I can’t wait to share more about Blueprint Luminary. Best of all if you Love Kelly as much am I do – Blueprint Lighinting was kind enough to offer COCOCOZY readers 35% off their order of any size with the code COCO35.
