interiorsI found this beautiful listing on Instagram. It’s a must-see to start this Monday morning with some inspiration. Today’s post gives an inside look into a Montecito mansion. The property is located at 1045 Cold Spring Road. The mansion was renovated by Marc Appleton, William Heffner, and Alex Clyne. This estate has 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom on a 0.76-acre property and has a total gross area of roughly 5,958 square feet. The front exterior is what caught my attention. I knew I needed to see more!

interiorsThe power of a beautiful powder room! The powder room or what some call a “half bath” is one room in your home where you can let your imagination run wild. Here’s an idea for a weekend project!
I just spent last weekend redecorating my guest bedroom. I was in the mood for a quick refresh…nothing too crazy. I haven’t redecorated this room since before the pandemic. So I thought it was time for an easy guest bedroom makeover. And thanks to Boll & Branch, I was able to create the exact look that I wanted! This makeover doesn’t involve buying new furniture. So no need to start shopping for a bed, dresser, or nightstand (unless you feel like you need to). For this project, it was time to switch out the old bedding with something bright, airy, and luxurious. So keep reading to see what I did to refresh the bedroom. I hope it helps kick off your spring cleaning journey.
